A NativeServicesURLPrefix line can now not only be contained in the
scp2 file entry for the services rdb itself, but also individually in
the scp2 file entry of a libraries that is registered in a services
rdb (taking precedence for that individual library). (On demand, the
same feature could also be added for JavaServicesURLPrefix.)
