first block in every version map file must now be labeled UDK_3_0_0
*Description*

At lest the Linux-specific solenv/bin/addsym.awk will now fail if the
first block of a version map file is labeled anything other than
"UDK_3_0_0". I adjusted all existing map files accordingly (which
happened to be possible without breaking any compatibility
guarantees), and removed many such individual map files that
duplicated solenv/src/component.map resp.
solenv/src/unloadablecomponent.map. If you write new C++ UNO
components, please use those solenv/src map files (already available
outside CWS sb118).
