The class ::sfx2::TitledDockingWindow in sfx2/titleddockwin.hxx
implements a docking window which displays a title, even when docked.
This is pretty much the same appearance as currently found in Impress
(i.e. in the slide sorter or in the task pane). In fact, the code from
Impress has been outsourced to SFX for this purpose ...
