*Summary*
--------
HelpIds no longer are integer values, they are now ByteStrings.
Automatic HelpIds no longer exist, they have been generated into all existing
src files (based on DEV300_m90).
HID list generation has been removed from the build system.
testautomation and helpcontent2 have been adjusted to work with the new string
based HelpIds.
