Title: New UNO API for conversion helpers like pixel to 1/100mm and
more

*Summary*
--------
+ interface com.sun.star.awt.XUnitConversion
*Description*
-------------
The XUnitConversion contains some helpers and can be used to convert a
css.awt.Point|css.awt.Size value from it's internal representation to
a well known css.util.MeasureUnit value, without the knowledge of the
internal used unit.
The documentation in offapi/com/sun/star/awt/XUnitConversion.idl:1.1.2.2
is rather, ehm, thin. "gives access to the value and formatting of a
metric field" is obviously a copy/past error (XMetricField). What does
"logic" (compared to "pixel") mean (but maybe I am too detached from
awt, and this would be immediately obvious to the average user of this
interface)? And what are expected values for the Source/TargetUnit
parameters?
