While this is effectively inconsistent with the other container interfaces from css.container, it allows for map implementations which do not care for the (sometimes non-trivial to specify and implement) enumerations. Except the changes requested/described/agreed upon in this thread already, I now also excluded NaN as key/value for an EnumerableMap. Comments welcome (kind of :), as always.
