"Vox pop" in British journalistic circles means short, in-the-street interviews to get public reaction (1 to 10-second phrases now sometimes called "sound bites"). I assume, in the brief context supplied, that "video" vox pop means short videotaped reactions of visitors to the exhibition. Not sure what term French reporters use for the same technique.
