I can only guess:
- a mistake for "conduit" (if somebody was transcribing from an oral
discussion, or if somebody was thinking about something else while
writing)
- a "clever" made-up word using the Greek "pan" (all, everything)
with the "-duit" from conduit to mean a conduit through which all
the wiring runs.
- a trademarked variety of conduit made by a particular company
