d11 dependencies

I’m running IM 3.7d11 on Classic. 

 

I don’t understand how dependencies are supposed to work or what I have to configure to enable them.  I have several maps.  When a nearby device fails, I’m buried (as always) with notifications from all of the downstream unreachable devices. 

 

I see nothing anywhere in the user interface dealing with dependencies at all. 

 

What am I missing?
