I have done a bit more testing using custom audible alerts under 10.2.2 and using Intermapper 3.7. It appears that NONE of the sounds in /System/Library/Sounds are playable to Intermapper.
InterMapper 3.7 has a bug - it won't play any sound files and it returns -200 (noHardwareErr). I have just fixed this for 3.7.1.

As you may know, InterMapper has a daemon version that we build from the same sources. To build the daemon version, we had to conditionalize the source code used for playing sound files because it's not available (or necessary) in daemon code. Unfortunately, one of the conditional macros was misspelled, causing 3.7 to use the daemon version of this routine which does nothing but return -200.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. It has been fixed in the next 3.7.1 release.
