Often, when I restart IM, it's thru a TB2 connection.
Are there issues between TB2 Pro & IM? Is there another remote administration solution (besides TB2) that works with a Windows client? Would moving to OSX offer any options? IM Remote doesn't quite have the functionality of the native application yet so I can't rely on that. --- end of quote --- Fascinating... I don't know of any problems with Timbuktu and InterMapper. Is it true that the response time seems to have jumped up when you connected with TB2? And that it went down when you restarted, but went back up when you reconnected? Moving to OSX might change this behavior, but I don't have any experience there. Some people use VNC, although I had mixed results with the Mac Classic VNC server. I can't explain the fact that the Finder quits sympathetically... You note your version of TB2 is 5.3.2 - could you mean 5.2.3? I do know there's a 5.2.4 available and that may make a difference.
