Hi All.

I have to raise this question again,

How come Maps on a server can get 'dirty' without anyone editing the map?

This seem to happen on both Traditional and Server (at least on Windows), and it puzzles me that the Map gets the 'dirty' bit set when a device changes status (like, from OKAY to WARN).

It would be very nice if the Map was divided into two 'parts', one containing the actual maps data (device addresses, probe type etc) and a part containing the map 'cache' with latest status/up/down events etc.

Or, maybe this part should be in a server-wide cache in stead.

TIA,
