We would like to save open servers and/or maps to be automatically opened the next time the application starts up, but we do not have a secure way to store user names and passwords yet.
In the meantime, try running 'java -jar "intermapper remote.jar" --help' in a Command Prompt for a list of command-line options. Then you can write a .BAT file or shell script to do what you want. These options are undocumented because they are unsupported, but if you find any issues with them, but I try to ensure that they work for each release.
