I just wrote a free-space tracker for our Exchange servers. Since the index used for the volumes in question is identical for both servers, we were able to get this probe written. Best-case, we'd like to be able to specify in the Parameters section "F:\" and have the probe figure out which entry on the storage table needs to have attention paid to it. I have the same issue on my Netware servers. There, the volumes have an index number associated with them, and that index can change. Happily, with a cluster each Volume has a static VolID, but the non-clustered volumes are out of luck. Even putting in a CD can throw the VolID's off, since that gets mounted as a volume. ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
