[IM-Talk] slowdown w/ webserver access for IM 4.3 on OS 10.3.9?

Running Intermapper Server 4.3 on Mac OS Server 10.3.9. I was wondering if 
anyone with a similiar setup has noticed any issues with a slowdown in 
response time when accessing the webserver?
