You can do that now by going into edit mode, selecting  Set info / Poll
Interval. However it is not persistent between restarts of the service. Such
a change would be nice.

It would be helpful to have, within any particular map, the ability to poll
devices at different intervals.  Keep the global map polling setting, but
allow individual devices to be set to independent polling intervals.

For example, mission critical devices could be polled very rapidly, while
less important devices could be queried at less frequent intervals.

When we're trouble shooting specific devices, we sometimes turn the polling
to five seconds to get a more rapid response from the device.  
If we leave the map set this way it dumps large amounts of traffic to all
the graphs.
