Thank you for reporting this problem. When a probe is marked as SNMPv2c probe, InterMapper will use the interface information from the ifXTable. This information includes the ifAlias attribute and the 64-bit high capacity (HC) counters (ifHCInOctets, ifHCOutOctets, etc).
After investigating this problem further, we found that not all Cisco IOS versions support these HC Counters even if the ifXTable presents and has the ifAlias attribute. When an SNMPv2c probe is used on these devices, InterMapper's query for these HC counters will fail and the interfaces on the device will show 0% utilization. In InterMapper 4.4, we have implemented a new functionality where InterMapper will auto-detect if these HC counters are not available in SNMPv2c probes and fall back to use the 32-bit counters from the ifTable instead. We have also looked in to the problem with Basic v2c (com.dartware.snmpv2c.basic) probe. This will be fixed in InterMapper 4.3.2 (starting from the beta3 release).
