On a Windows PC, these preferences are stored in the Windows
registry. Run "regedit" and purge the elements under this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\com\dartware\helpers
There are other settings under \com\dartware, but the helper list is
stored under \helpers.
