Thanks for the suggestion, but I guess I am missing something here.  I can not 
find any export function for the web-interface. Is there documentation on this?

I only know of two ways to export 1) using the intermapper-console.jar and 2) 
using the telnet 2300.

I guess I'm the one to answer that, as I asked the same question (off- 
list) some weeks ago... ;-)

But I guess that data is the same - you can use the 'export'  
functionality of the web-interface. It pumps out every single detail  
about All devices on All maps in about 0.2 sec on my setup, and I  
have just about 970 devices.

You can get it as cvs, xml or html... xml works very nice with a http  
XMLHttpRequest from a browser point-of-view.
