I see. Since this installation was on a new machine, I installed the software 
before doing anything with the old settings. Actually, I preferred to first 
start the new software in a clean state and let it create whatever it needed to 
run. After making sure that it was willing to run, I started dealing with the 
transfer of 'state' from the old machine.

Is it possible to run the installer again just to fix what needs to be fixed, 
even if the software is actually installed ?

The Fonts directory contains 137 '.ttf' files. Some are actual files, some are 
aliases of files that do exist in the global Font library. Would it help to 
send a sample of what I mean by 'ugly' ?
