We've recently upgraded and installed IMap4.4.3. However, we have lost
the icons for some of our devices. These used to be stored in the
Custom Icon Gathering Project. In former upgrades, I could move the
file from one version to another, but this doesn't work in 443. We
downloaded a file called "tcigp.rsrc", but haven't been able to work
with it.
We would sure like our custom icons back. Can anyone provide some
guidance in how to get them back?
I've found that they still work, but don't always load properly. When
assigning icons for the first time after a server restart, not all of the
TCIPG icons appear in the Select An Icon window. If I click in one of the
empty spaces where an icon should be it appears, but disappears as soon as
I click somewhere else. By clicking on an empty space to make the icon
visible, then clicking the Reload button, the icon raimains when I click
elsewhere.
