Hi All,
I tend to see this, so here is a report on it!
When editing a Map, IMRA often does not hide the scrollbars in the
window, unless I manually resize the window.
This is even when the content in the map is well within the open window.
Often, the scrollbars are close to hide (1-2 pixel left until it's
full), but will not hide anyway.
IMRA: Windows (can't recalling it on Mac)
