[IM-Talk] HTTP helper app

I recently upgraded to Intermapper v 4.5  since then my helper app for
HTTP no longer works.  I get a command window stating 
'http:' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

How do i tell it to use IE ?
