Hi Jeff, We have many customers who are using the SNMP MIB II probe on SonicWall firewalls, so you should give that a try first (assuming this model is SNMP-enabled). We have a SonicWall Pro 3060 Firewall appliance, but don't find an appropriate probe in the build-in list. Does anyone else use that device, and if so, what probe is the best choice? With the default (ping/echo) probe we see "short term packet loss" errors in the 20 second range every couple of hours or so, with no apparent impact on the network.
