Hi Sam, Thanks for the note about InterMapper 4.5 reporting packet loss that didn't seem to be occur when using other tools.
InterMapper 4.5.1 contains a bug fix that addressed this symptom. Recommendations: - Upgrading to InterMapper 4.5.8 should solve this - your description is matches the reports we had received, and we believe the new version solves that problem. - You could choose to wait for InterMapper 4.6. We're on track to release it on Monday (30 July). This also contains the fix, and you'd avoid making a double-installation. We'll send a note to IM-Talk when it's ready.
