I am using windows based Intermapper Ver 4.6.8.
Trying to configure the SMS alert using GSM modem with command line
notifier.

I have added the above line into manicks_sms.bat. moved the all the files
related to gnokii to Tools directory.
As per the procedure i have added the below line in to the command line
notifier by like below
manicks_sms.bat "${MESSAGE}"
While clicking Test notifier it is not working .
When you say it is not working, what does this mean? Does InterMapper
give an error when you try the test notifier? Does InterMapper report
no error, but the message doesn't go through?
