Andrey, Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but the Helper Apps are specific to the client where they are created. If you create a Helper App in RemoteAccess, it won't be available to any other user running RemoteAccess, regardless of the platform. However, the double-click action will be applied to devices, so that it can be executed by any RemoteAccess client.

If I setup a helper app or a double click action in my OS X client it will propagate to all users and be server wide, thus ppl who use it from other OSs will be trying to launch Terminal.app as well.
