I have a W2k box that I just installed IM Remote Access v4.6.9 on. When I

The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the

The problem is that Windows 2000 doesn't have by default a recent
enough version of dbghelp.dll. If you've installed InterMapper for
Windows somewhere, then you have a recent enough version of
dgbhelp.dll in C:\Program Files\InterMapper (where C is whatever the
startup disk is). Copy it to the directory where
InterMapper_RemoteAccess.exe lives (C:\Program Files\InterMapper
RemoteAccess, normally) and you should be all set.
Other ways to get a more recent version of dbghelp.dll are to
download the debugging tools for Windows or to email me off-list
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and ask me to send it to you.
The 5.0 installer for InterMapper RemoteAccess will fix this problem
by installing the same copy of dbghelp.dll that InterMapper itself
does.
