We have some Cisco 4006 switches that have had individual module
failures that are not detected by the standard Intermapper probes.
I have added probes to detect chassi and power supply fan failures
through the environmental mib.
Does anyone know if there is an SNMP variable that gives a general
chassi or module alarm when an individual modules fails?
