Hi Michael, You can manually copy the sound files into the InterMapper Settings > Sounds folder, and then restart the server and the sounds will be available for use with your sound notifiers.

Anyone know of a quicker way to mass import a bunch of sound files? Also, I've tried importing one sound file, and it seems to just sit there now too, it appears to be frozen. At this rate, it would take forever to import all of the sound files. FYI - I created custom WAV files for each service that we monitor. Instead of just a generic "whoop-whoop" sound, we'll hear a computerized voice say "The e-mail service is offline". I created (using espeak in Linux) a custom WAV file for each service we monitor, it's very neat stuff. :) ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ____________________________________________________________________ List archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/intermapper-talk%40list.dartware.com/ To unsubscribe: send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
