Hi Michael,

You can manually copy the sound files into the InterMapper Settings > Sounds
folder, and then restart the server and the sounds will be available for use
with your sound notifiers.

Subject: [IM-Talk] Importing multiple sound files at once

I have 30-40 sound files I need to import into Intermapper, is there any way
to accomplish this without having to click the IMPORT button, click the
sound file, click OPEN, and repeat the steps.... Anyone know of a quicker
way to mass import a bunch of sound files?

Also, I've tried importing one sound file, and it seems to just sit there
now too, it appears to be frozen. At this rate, it would take forever to
import all of the sound files.

FYI - I created custom WAV files for each service that we monitor. Instead
of just a generic "whoop-whoop" sound, we'll hear a computerized voice say
"The e-mail service is offline". I created (using espeak in Linux) a custom
WAV file for each service we monitor, it's very neat stuff. :)
