Folks:
Due to several user requests, we are considering changing the format
of the timestamp in the Outages log from its current AM/PM format to
the 24-hour format used in the Event and Debug logs.
Our only concern in doing so is with backward compatibility, in that
there may be users who are expecting the current format. Is there
anyone for whom this change to the Outages would create huge
difficulties?
