Hi Jon,

In the initial release of the InterMapper database (5.0), only Postgres SQL
is supported. However, we will be adding support for additional SQL database
engines in future releases. I believe MySQL is on this list.

Yes, I backed up intermapper settings.  Sorry, forgot to mention that I'm 
running Debian.  The ReadMe files on the website did not refer to SQL at 
all, so was not sure how the transition was done.
I had planned on using our existing SQL server, which runs MySQL.  If 
Postgresql is needed, then I won't even bother with the upgrade (even if 
psql is auto installed).  I'm sure during beta testing Dartware went 
through the whole war of MySQL vs Postgresql, but I had thought it would 
support both.

Can/Is MySQL supported? in a future release?
