On a Mac client you can right click or control click on a line in the Top Hosts and Top Ports tables (but not in Top Sessions) and select "Copy selected line". How about adding a "Copy selected cell" option for the Top Hosts, Top Ports and Top Sessions tables. I keep finding myself wanting to copy a hostname or IP address to paste into ping, traceroute, whois, etc.
