The acknowledge window *should* appear over the Map that it is
associated with.
I take it back.
The Acknowledge window appears in the last place you used it. Its
position is saved each time you close it.
This was implemented in November 2003.
I'll see about changing this to only save the size, and display
centered over the Map window.
