Do we have any kind of convertor will do cacti device template into Intermapper 
probes?

They are having lots and lots of device template which they support.

As Christopher said, the OS X Server and Xserve probes do a lot of XML
parsing.
They're not pretty, nor commented very well, but I can answer any
questions you might have about them.

They mainly work on a loop that calls a sort-of subroutine to handle
certain XML elements.
