The independence of the probe group notifiers vs. the member probes
is intentional. (We will, as always, consider feedback as to whether
that makes sense or not.)
It makes sense to me as a programmatically clean (& simple) way to
implement the "or" situation as long as the member probes have sane
names - It's just a bit confusing when the member probe's name is
"10.1.4.12" and you get a double notification about HTTP on www (the
group) & 10.1.4.12 (the member) because both are checked :)
