That's it.  But has the default page for admins always been the error
page?  I could have sworn that I used to be able to get the default map
without configuring it.

Is the WAN maps first in the Map List alphabetically? I believe that is
how it works. If you were to rename the map, the users should then be
directed to the next map listed alphabetically.

Did you configure the web templates to redirect admin users to another
page? The default page for admins is the error page.
