I'll third the request, since Andrey already seconded it, with an addition: I would like to be able to specify whether a vantage point is global (applies to all maps) or local (applies only to map on which it is specified). Or, if you really want to make it fine-tunable, allow us to specify which maps a vantage point applies to, e.g. from a pick list something like this:
