You can set the default fonts, icons, and background color server-
wide in the Server Settings or per-map in the Map Settings. You could
create your own map template - set up a map with the defaults and
background you want but don't add any devices to it. Instead of
creating new maps, simply use Duplicate Map in the File menu (or
Server Settings) to start a new map with the same settings.
