I think I see what you're getting at. The table in question is the svSvcTable
of the LanMgr-Mib-II-MIB. It's available at:
http://www.simpleweb.org/ietf/mibs/modules/microsoft/win2000/txt/LanMgr-Mib-II-MIB
Import the MIB file and create a table like the one below in your custom probe,
then you'll be able to see what the table holds:
<snmp-device-variables-ondemand>
svSvcTable, .1, TABLE, ""
svSvcTable/svSvcName, svSvcName, DEFAULT, ""
svSvcTable/svSvcInstalledState, svSvcInstalledState, DEFAULT, ""
svSvcTable/svSvcOperatingState, svSvcOperatingState, DEFAULT, ""
svSvcTable/svSvcCanBeUninstalled, svSvcCanBeUninstalled, DEFAULT, ""
svSvcTable/svSvcCanBePaused, svSvcCanBePaused, DEFAULT, ""
</snmp-device-variables-ondemand>
To see it in the Status Window, add the following to the <snmp-device-display>
section:
${svSvcTable: The Service Table}
I used the InterMapper On-Demand Table Builder at http://www.intermapper.com/custom-probes-a-snmp/180-table-maker
to create the table definition above. It saves a lot of typing...
