Dartware is pleased to announce the availability of InterMapper 5.1.7.
This production version of the software is recommended for all customers
and is a no-cost upgrade for everyone whose maintenance
contract is currently in force.
InterMapper 5.1.7 includes some new features and several bug fixes.
Please see the Release Notes for a complete list.
- Debian builds are now built against libstdc++6 instead of libstdc++5;
all currently supported Debian/Ubuntu releases ship with libstdc++6 by
default.
- Several enhancements to the IPMI probe.
- Fixed a type of false DOWN for NT Services probes where the symptoms
were an inability to reach an illegal IP address that didn't match the
IP address of any actual device on the maps.
- IMDatabase: Daily maintenance tasks no longer require an interruption
to database imports.
- IMDatabase Maintenance tasks and automatic backups now wait for each
other to complete, to avoid disk contention.
