I would suggest that two features should be implemented around this
request:
- Per-device notifier schedule overrides
To allow things like nightly maintenance tasks causing response
time to spike/etc on a particular device.
- Scheduled Acknowledgements
e.g. The ability to set in advance an 'Ack' on a device from
say 2am to 4am. Rather than having to log in at the start of
the maintenance window and initiate a 2 hour timed acknowledgement.
I personally think it would be great to be able to load up multiple
Scheduled Acks per device ... E.g. 2-4am Mon, 1-2am Tue, etc all in
advance, so you do it when you prep your change notification/etc.
