Hi Patrick, Does the switch have a management interface where you can check errors and discards on the interfaces? It isn't uncommon for the SNMP agent on a switch or router to report errors and discards even when the device is working fine and reports no errors/discards through its management interface. This can be confirmed by running an SNMPWalk against the switch.
You can adjust the device thresholds so that you are not alerted to interface errors/discards using the Set Info > Set Thresholds command, or you can choose to completely ignore errors/discards using the Set Info > Set Behavior command.
