We currently have a map with failed systems that have been acknowledged, and 
the indicator is blue with a check mark.

Unless each Help Desk member uses the Intermapper Client and uses the Comment 
section, there is no mechanism in the web version for them to acknowledge a 
downed system and record an incident ID that is assigned to the problem by the 
Help Desk software.

It would be nice if the "Device Status" web page could include an Acknowledge 
button if the status is not Ok.   If the user is authorized to do so, the owner 
of the incident could acknowledge  the problem as well as have the opportunity 
to record an incident ID in a form.  If an incident ID is recorded, the 
incident ID could appear at the top or near the Ack field of the Device Status 
page such as:

Once the incident is unacknowledged the incident number would be erased and the
