We have situations where our service provider schedules downtime, usually very early in the morning. Is there a way to configure the probe or notifier once so that if an outage is scheduled from 03:00 to 05:00, we can suppress the notifications to everyone who receives notifications from that probe? We would still want to collect data from the probe for our reference when the outage actually occurred and its duration, we just don't need our hand held devices going off when we know an outage is scheduled.
I know we can schedule the user or group as to the hours notifications are sent out. But this requires a second edit to reconfigure the time of day notifications back to the original settings. It would be very desirable to simply set-it-&-forget-it.
