Please file a bug about this.  The best way to do this is to use the Help->Send 
Feedback menu item in RemoteAccess (or the local InterMapper GUI client).  Be 
sure to include the Client Log and server Debug and Event Logs. The client 
should automatically re-log the users back in when unexpectedly logged out.  If 
all RemoteAccess clients are being logged off in the middle of the night, the 
server may be restarting for some reason.
