The first issue I see, seems to be that the target pane for the created
probe has a fixed width such that very long lines seem to get truncated.
It would seem that the pane should be expandable with a horizontal scroll
bar so truncation is not an issue.

A second possible issue, theorized but not observed, is that the probe
creator probably does not handle large tables that create queries that are
larger than the maximum (I forget at the moment what it is).  We have run
into this in the past and have had to scale back the size of table
queries.  A very quick and limited check suggests that there is no checking
for table response overflow?????
