Hi internals, Two weeks ago, after discussions about the PHP 30th event in Amsterdam with some core developers and in the foundation, we introduced some changes to the RFC Template. The changes were aimed at reflecting current practices and requirements for RFCs and making it more approachable for new RFC authors.
To not do this "silently" we wanted to announce the changes here. Due to sickness, this announcement was a bit more delayed than I hoped.
