Hi, I am a software developer from the US. I have been working in PHP for over a decade now and have something to contribute, and would like to submit an RFC to that end.
The topic is the addition of a PDO::disconnect function, for which I sent an exploratory email with the subject "[PHP-DEV] PDO Disconnect and Persistent Connect" on 8/8/25.
