I have been doing cleanups of the SNMP area over the past couple days. I am planning on bringing the documentation fully up to date with the source code. I also cleaned up some of the notes which had broken links or violated note policies. In regards to user notes, I am simply following the guidelines outlined in http://www.php.net/manual/howto/chapter-user-notes.html.
